An opportunity for someone with experience of Lease Accounting to join a growing organisation based in London.? The company specialises in the purchase and management of distressed consumer receivables and are one of the leading organisations in Europe of this type.??
Your role will be working on an existing Asset Finance focused client base, responsible for preparing leasing management accounts and detailed analysis of the performance of the assets.? Initially, you will join on a 6 month contract, with a view to becoming permanent if successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently deliver consistent, accurate monthly accounts to clients ? producing detailed analysis and explanation of variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Produce reliable monthly profit estimates, carrying out complicated lease income forecast calculations on budgeted new business deals.
- Ensuring month-end functions are completed on time through effectively organising and prioritising workloads, adapting to constantly changing business demands.
- Streamline efficiency in production of lease accounts, ensuring the clients? further reliance on the company?s service.
Key Skills:
- Experience of working in the Leasing sector.
- Demonstrable experience of accounts / lease accounting (ideally previously worked as a Lease Accountant).
- Analytical and numerical with close attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables / v-lookup).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to form positive internal and external relationships.
